Junior RTR Accountant

The Junior RTR Accountant is part of the Group Shared Service Centre, reporting to the RTR Team Leader. This role supports accounting activities across the Rohlik Group and its related entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. The position offers hands-on experience in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing, providing an excellent foundation for a career in accounting within a dynamic and fast-growing company.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal vouchers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Help manage the closing calendar, coordinating with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
  • Perform basic reconciliations, identifying and escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Support financial data analysis to ensure accuracy and assist in identifying potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, tax, treasury, and operations) to gain exposure to financial processes.
  • Participate in process automation and system improvements under guidance.

What experience should you have:

  • Degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
