Key Account Manager – Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals

Fresenius Kabi Baltics is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team in the Kaunas region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring critical healthcare products reach patients in need by building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Your scope of responsibility will be:
- Represent “Fresenius Kabi” products group in targeted organizations and ensuring that products would be understood and available to more customers and patients.
- Overall responsibility for delivery sales targets in the defined hospitals in Lithuania.
- Market analysis and search for new opportunities.
- Long-term product sales strategy development.
- Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and recourses.
- Develops business/clinical networks supporting medical advocacy and key opinion leader plans.
- Deliver the medical information related to the products of responsibility to customers in compliance with company‘s strategy and applicable regulations.
- Organize live and virtual events, trainings with the customers and deliver presentations.
- Complete reporting into CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Share best practices to enhance business success for assigned products across the Baltic team.
- Comply with all ethical and business standards of the company.
- Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures.
What experience should you have:
We are looking for self- driven and ambitious professional who would be motivated to drive the business to a great success and reach valuable results. In this role your competence should consist of:
- University degree in science (pharmacy, medical, chemistry or related) and/or Business Management.
- Proven working experience in product sales in pharmaceutical company.
- Project management experience would be an advantage.
- Successful customer relationship management experience.
- Account and Territory Management experience.
- Ability to develop and manage projects cross-functionally.
- Good market knowledge (hospital).
- Ability to work independently, to find out opportunities and go for that.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
