Key Account Manager West Lithuania

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in West Lithuania. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, playing a key part in delivering life-changing healthcare solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Achieving and fulfilling sales targets in assigned (territories), ensuring product visibility in key healthcare institutions.
  • Building Relationships & Advocacy: Develop strong partnerships with medical stakeholders, driving product awareness and supporting advocacy efforts within the healthcare community.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and create long-term sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Medical Information & Event Management: Provide clients with accurate medical information and lead both live and virtual product presentations and training sessions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records to ensure effective data management.

What experience should you have:

  • Education: University degree in Science (Pharmacy, Medical, Chemistry) or Business Management.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare products.
  • Customer Focus: Strong track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Territory Growth: Demonstrated ability to manage and expand sales territories effectively.
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharma market.
  • Business Drive: Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to seize new business opportunities.
  • Language Skills: Good knowledge of English (written and oral).
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
