Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Provide legal support for IT projects, including software implementation, licensing, and cloud services.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, data protection, and IT-related legal risks.
• Support corporate governance and internal legal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
• Conduct research on relevant IT, technology, and commercial law topics. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Law degree with relevant professional experience (3–5 years) in IT, technology, or corporate law.
• Experience with IT contracts, software licensing, SaaS agreements, and cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT consulting or technology services sector.
• Familiarity with international contracts and multi-jurisdictional legal issues.
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation projects.
