Lead Change and Communication Manager

We are looking for a Lead Change and Communication Manager to drive the success of our ERP transformation programs. In this role, you will lead change management initiatives and oversee communications for our ERP projects, navigating complex challenges with skill and insight. Strong collaboration, proactive stakeholder engagement, and clear, transparent communication will be at the heart of everything you do.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to facilitate ERP transition, especially for S/4HANA conversion and migrations.
  • Create engaging internal and external communication materials that ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders across the organization, acting as the main point-of-contact for change-related topics.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings to inform, update, and get feedback from project teams, management, and affected business units.
  • Monitor transformation progress, gather feedback, and adjust communication strategies and change activities as required.
  • Manage and document evidence of ongoing communication and discussions about transformation progress (e.g., meeting notes, briefings).
  • Support the project in identifying unit specifics, roles, responsibilities, and status tracking.
  • Foster a communication culture that supports the organizational goals of transformation and enhances adoption.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and service managers to ensure that project-relevant change and communication topics are well managed.
  • Align with management regularly documents updates according program changes _ e.g. Program Organization, Team, Hop-On package, Rollout Plan etc.

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience in large transformation, transition, or change management projects, preferably involving ERP/SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong background in communication management, ideally within IT and business transformation environments.
  • Excellent organization, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, concise, and targeted communications.
  • Capable of working with senior management and diverse project teams.
  • Experience in documenting and tracking change management processes and communication outcomes.
  • Fluent English required, German language skills are a plus.
