We are seeking a Lead Recruiter!
As a Lead Recruiter at Creative Dock, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the recruitment team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent, whilst at the same time managing the recruitment process for open roles assigned to you. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and guiding the team to achieve hiring goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment
The core qualities of a Lead Recruiter:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and team management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Datacruit is a plus

What we need from a Lead Recruiter:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to build a pipeline of passive candidates.
Interview and Selection:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations on candidates.
Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Lead and Manage the Recruitment Team:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
Develop Recruitment Strategies:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
