Legal Assistant

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for legal and administrative matters of contract management of portfolio of international clients.

What will you do:
  • Provide a day-to-day support to the team of lawyers and managers internationally as well as in Slovakia,
  • Creation of legal documents and contracts alongside its reviewal and assesment,
  • Provide the point of contact, liason and support for all parties involved such as: clients, financial managers, advisors, auditors, lawyers, institutions and notaries,
  • Administrate and manage the execution process of global legal contracts and other documentation,
  • Provide great customer relationship management, improve and build partnerships with international clients and other parties,
  • Attend business meetings alongside business developers financial managers and global company clients,
  • Assist the the managment on operational tasks.

What experience should you have:

Who are we looking for?
  • A person with a working experience as a legal assistant, lawyer or similar,
  • Knowledge of corporate law and regulations,
  • Excellent knowledge of English language,
  • Working proficiency in MS office,
  • Ability to work efficiently both by yourself and as a part of the team,
  • Hands-on mentality,
  • A client oriented person with great communication skills,
  • Flexibility and problem solving skills.
