Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to support our legal department.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Legal and advising the specialist departments in all legal matters, with a particular focus on real estate law as well as private and public construction law
- Drafting, review and updating of contracts and other legal documents, as well as ongoing administration of contracts
- Support in contract negotiations, primarily in the area of property acquisition and letting as well as building law
- Monitoring of current case law and implementation of legal requirements in internal processes
- Supporting the central contact persons for data protection and compliance
- Coordination of external lawyers and consultants
What experience should you have:
- Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state examinations), with otherwise good aptitude also graduate lawyer possible
- Initial professional experience in a company in the property sector or a law firm specialising in commercial law is not a prerequisite, but would be an advantage
- Solution-oriented and structured, self-organised way of working
- Team spirit and a desire to get involved, enthusiasm for our property projects
- Ability to present complex legal issues in an understandable way
- Fluent in written and spoken English
