Linux System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers.
• Manage patch and release of environments and corresponding software components.
• Support automation of process flows.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, configuration, and administration of new Linux infrastructures.
• Participate actively in various IT projects such as rollouts and migrations.

• Experience in supporting Linux systems, particularly Suse and RHEL.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, Python, or similar.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Analytical thinking, systematic and independent work approach, and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of Spacewalk/Uyuni is advantageous.
• Familiarity with orchestration solutions like Foreman/Satellite/Puppet/Ansible.
