Management Assistant

As a Management Assistant, you will be the right-hand person for the Partners of ACTUM Digital. You will support top management and the Executive Assistant of the CEO. You must be very well organized, flexible, and have a spirit of initiative.


What will be your key responsibilities:

About the job:

Your main responsibilities will be to organize and support external and internal meetings; prepare and archive materials for meetings and presentations; arrange business travels, and provide completion statements; act as the point of contact between Partners and their entrusted divisions; plan and manage multiple priorities, do administrative coordination, and general office support.

What experience should you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

Good English and Czech level, both verbally and in writing

Proactive approaches to problem-solving

Proven ability to achieve high-performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment

The ability to multitask, work extremely effectively, and do excellent follow-ups

Good skills with Microsoft Office applications

Nice to have:

Driving license
