WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

your team: Business Marketing Specialist Lenka, Employer Branding Specialist Terka, and Graphic Designer Daniel

CEO Tomáš whom you’ll directly report to 

Back-office team on everything related to internal communication

YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible for creating reasonable marketing strategies and plans and helping your team deliver good outcomes. The main goal of your team will be to:

🚀 support our business brand

👨‍💻 develop our employer brand 

🧑‍🤝‍🧑help with internal communication

YOUR PROFILE (MUST-HAVES):

great communication skills and ability to create strong team bonds 

at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing 

ability to switch from long-term strategic planning to short-term delivery

previous experience with leading a team

very good command of English and Czech/Slovak

NICE TO HAVE:

marketing experience from IT companies

technical copywriting and an eye for design
