  • Track incidents through to resolution and confirm service restoration

Incident Handling & Escalation

  • Classify incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency
  • Ensure timely escalation and accurate communication during incidents
  • Participate in Major Incident calls and provide real-time updates
  • Ensure all incidents are logged, documented, and closed properly

Process Adherence & Best Practices

  • Enforce NOC best practices, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in maintaining and updating NOC documentation and playbooks
  • Ensure alert thresholds, dashboards, and monitoring rules follow operational standards
  • Promote proactive monitoring and alert hygiene to minimize noise and alert fatigue

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide shift reports, incident summaries, and operational metrics
  • Identify recurring incidents and trends and escalate improvement recommendations
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities as required
  • Participate in service reviews and operational improvement initiatives

What experience should you have:
