The core qualities of an Office Assistant:

  • Fluency in English & Czech(other languages are an advantage)
  • Managing the reception area and its surroundings
  • Greeting office visitors and handling mail and courier deliveries, including sorting and distribution
  • Maintaining records of security chips
  • Managing meeting rooms, which involves handling reservations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring cleanliness
  • Addressing various requests from colleagues, such as catering, restaurant reservations, and printing facilities
  • Coordinating taxi reservations for employees and guests, as well as handling occasional travel-related tasks
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments within CD, including processing orders, purchasing licenses, and providing necessary financial documentation
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders for needed items
  • Reporting building maintenance issues to the Office Manager or Maintenance team
  • Maintaining an organised order table and providing necessary financial documentation, including payment records and invoices
  • Taking care of our amazing team, office plants, and furry friends :-)

Hiring Process:

  • Screening phone call with a recruiter.
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – we want to see how you work and we are looking forward to hearing your questions about Creative Dock).
