Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence, dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
Managing and maintaining electronic and hard-copy files
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Make travel arrangements (flights, visas, and accommodation)
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Team support and support of 4 managers
Organizing team meetings
Processing time sheets and travel expenses
Maintaining the company’s electronic mailbox
