Plant Manager Assistant / Asistentka/ Asistent riaditeľa

In the role you will be responsible for: 

• Visitors (catering) and ensuring transport / accomodation
• Refreshment, office supplies orders
• Reception and meeting rooms 
• Collection of information and preparing presentations for  Plant Manager
• Organization of business trips and meetings 
• Mail (post) registration and ordering courier services
• Internal communication
• Administrative activities 
• Orders in SAP system - create and process
• Performing  other administrative tasks according to the requirements of Plant Manager
• Flexible working hours

• English -  fluent communication- level B2
• Slovak - native 
• MS Office - active user
• Previous experience in similar role 
• Previous working experience in SAP is an advantage 
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to the detail
