Process and Quality Manager for Billing - Mass Market - Košice

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Process and Quality Manager for Billing to join our team and take ownership of data protection and compliance across our IT systems. In this role, you will act as a key business-side partner, ensuring that all systems meet strict data protection, security, and regulatory requirements throughout their entire lifecycle — from development to daily operation.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Responsible on the business side for ensuring data protection compliance for assigned IT systems in accordance with Group policy throughout the entire system lifecycle, from development to operation
Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection, security and compliance requirements and processes (e.g. Privacy and Security Assessment, IRON procedure)
Regularly review the alignment between the data protection policy and the works agreement and ensure that system documentation is up to date and complete.
Ensure the appointment of a technical system owner and regularly monitor the proper performance of duties
Providing technical and content-related support for the works council co-determination process
Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, user groups, and relevant information security and data protection risks. This also includes knowledge of deletion and archiving requirements
Collaboration or management of projects related to our business.

What experience should you have:

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
1-2 years background in billing processes or finance preferred
Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and financ
User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection
German (fluent) and English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Analytical, communication and organizational skills
Ability to understand end-to-end process
Detail oriented problem solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
Independent and comprehensive thinking
