Process Management Team Leader with German & English Language

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead and manage the team (process management) and be the first point of contact for the team and outside
  • Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills.
  • Cooperate and drive projects, incl. identifying process optimization, opportunities and tasks in relevant fields and drives their implementattion
  • Oversee and manage various epics as Business Epic Owner, ensuring effective communication between the business site and the digital hub, including the IT department and participate in centralized agile meetings as stipulated by the SAFe methodology.
  • Creates clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient communication within the team and outside
  • Responsible for solutions delivery to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
  • Drives and actively contributes to strategic development of order to cash processes, presents to stakeholders and management
  • Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
  • Participate in escalation management
  • Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
  • Contribute to financial transparency of organization
  • Support other projects e.g transitions
  • Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior.

What experience should you have:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting
  • Several years of experience in business service centers
  • Several years experience in process/project management and leading of projects
  • Experience in people management
  • English (fluent) and German (fluent)
  • Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial
  • MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
  • Profesional communication and presentation skills
