Process Project Leader

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiency

• Develop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs

• Reduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO2 emission, energy and water consumption)

• Lead projects and be accountable for the outcome

• Conduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production

Job Requirements:

 • Master’s degree in chemical or polymer engineering or any related field of study 

• Knowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materials

 • Statistical analysis capabilities 

• Advanced office user (including macro for office suite) 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and structured text is beneficial 

• Proficiency in English and Czech. French is an advantage

• Dynamic, having ownership, self-confidence and taking initiatives

 • Excellent organization skills 

• Clear communication, encompassing diplomacy and directness

 • Ability to work on-field with process equipment 

• Willingness to travel in Europe

 • Drive, open-mind and adaptable
