Project Leader and New Business Developer CZ/SK - HVAC

Our client is a renowned European manufacturer and distributor of energy-efficient solutions, including heat pumps, gas boilers, and other equipment for heating and hot water.

What will be your key responsibilities:

1. Leading New Projects:

  • Responsibility for managing new projects in the Czech and Slovak markets, with a focus on evaluating new business opportunities in both existing and emerging segments.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding cooperation in the technical building equipment sector, including innovative products and solutions.
  • Expanding the customer portfolio.

2. Business Development and Key Account Management:

  • Monitoring market trends and responding to evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to implement all necessary actions to increase market share in current and new segments.

3. Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Creating business cases for new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing sales data, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and proposing improvements to enhance performance.

What experience should you have:

Education:

  • University degree (preferably in business, marketing, or a technical field).

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in a managerial role within sales and marketing, with direct experience in technical building equipment.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak; advanced level of English.

Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in similar positions and industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Czech market (Slovak market is a plus) in the area of heat pumps and boilers
  • Customer-oriented, with experience in selling technical products.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of preparing and presenting a complete business case at an international level.
