We are young and open-minded professionals focused on project management in the IT field. Our Project Man-agement Office (PMO) team was formed a couple of years ago with a vision to standardize and optimize project management methodology and processes with a modern and fresh approach.

We are supporting Project Managers spread across the globe with processes, templates, and consulting ser-vices as well as our Top Management with data and overviews on project management. Beyond that, we use daily agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence while working with classical tools like Share-Point, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams as well.

In our work, we mostly rely on well-known methodologies and approaches such as Prince2, Prince2 Agile, and Scrum. But always trying to use common sense first.


What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do

As we are looking for experienced PMO Analyst with skills in project, program, and portfolio management, you will be improving project process, testing, and setting up methodologies mostly in Jira and Confluence tools. On regular bases you would lead consultation with project managers to check the progress.

Part of the job is to do systematic health check as we’re the providers of internal audits. Because of your previ-ous experience with PMO you are going to lead project on your own once you feel comfortable.


What experience should you have:

You are an ideal candidate, if you possess:

  • Experience in a PMO role.
  • Experience managing small to medium scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language
  • Proficient understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.


What is beneficial:

  • PMI certification (PMP, PgMP), PRINCE2 or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
