Project Manager Assurance Processes

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate and drive key assurance and Group processes within DTSE. Combining strong project management with hands-on process ownership, you will act as an interface between DTSE, Group functions and business units. 
  • Coordinate PSA (Privacy & Security Assessment) activities, including new releases and updates to system and compliance documentation. 
  • Coordinate and process IRON requests and the related Group approval and documentation steps. 
  • Prepare, coordinate and track documentation and approvals for Group and works council processes, including KBR requirements. 
  • Coordinate compliance and audit findings by preparing documentation, tracking corrective actions and supporting the implementation of agreed measures. 
  • Plan, structure and manage cross-functional work packages and projects from initiation through implementation and closure. 
  • Act as a central interface between business units, assurance functions, IT and DTSE units, ensuring clear communication, timely alignment and effective follow-up. 
  • Prepare management-ready decision papers and status updates, proactively track open actions and continuously improve, standardize and simplify assurance processes. 

What experience should you have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics or a comparable field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in an international company or complex corporate environment. 
  • Proven knowledge of project management methods and standards, with the ability to independently structure and drive multiple workstreams. 
  • Fluent German and English, with strong German communication skills for coordinating Group processes and aligning stakeholders. 
  • Enjoyment of working with corporate governance and assurance processes and confidence in navigating complex Group processes. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect business units, Group functions and specialist teams in a multicultural environment. 
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment; shared-service experience is beneficial. 
  • Experience in designing, standardizing and implementing processes and process improvements is beneficial. 
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools is beneficial. 
  • Experience in agile working environments and knowledge of SAFe are beneficial. 
  • Strong communication, moderation and organizational skills combined with a structured, accurate and independent working style. 
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, strong reliability and confidence in handling complex stakeholder situations.
