Referent logistiky/ Logistic officer
What will be your key responsibilities:
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Coordinate all world wide shipments
- Interface with headqaurters in Switzerland and group companies in all continents regarding shipments and logistics
- Issue sales invoices and shipping paperwork (Preparation of all supporting documentation, invoice creation, Certificate of origin and legalization charges)
- Interface with Sales Back Office to assure an accurate and on time management of the order processing
- Organize pick-ups for and to our warehouses and suppliers
- Coordinate, process and claim insurance for missing/wrong shipment
What experience should you have:
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Business Administration, Commerce
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Basic
