REPORTING & CONTROL BUSINESS ANALYST

The Reporting & Control Business Analyst works closely with the Product Management & Procurement
(PMP) category teams to monitor business trends and reporting on a regular basis the category’s
performance. The role will involve supporting the planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and
reporting of product management and procurement benefits.

What will be your key responsibilities:

⊲ Supporting with the planning, budgeting,
forecasting, controlling and reporting PMP
benefits:
  • Pan European pricing
  • Rebates
  • Invoice price reduction
  • Tenders
  • Etc.
⊲ Verifying rebate payments and accuracy of the
related documentation
⊲ Monitoring purchase prices evolution
⊲ Preparing PMP management dashboard and
reports
⊲ Supporting with the implementation of KPIs
to measure the company’s performance
⊲ Supporting with the preparation PMP
business cases
⊲ Solving data issues and supporting ad hoc
data requests.

What experience should you have:

⊲ Procurement or finance background
⊲ Analytical
⊲ Technically competent in systems such as
Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or equivalent
⊲ Pro-active
⊲ Good communicator.
