Sales Development Representative (SDR)

It's much harder to build a new product or service on top of that idea. And then most importantly, to sell it. Or even to sell the whole ability to turn ideas into real businesses. Our multinational teams work mainly throughout Europe and the Middle East. We invent, build, operate and scale new ventures adding value to our clients' assets. And it's all based on the fact that we know how to sell our skills and expertise.


The core qualities of Sales Development Representative (SDR)

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Service role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions

What we need from Sales Development Representative (SDR)

  • Conduct high volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to generate leads and book qualified meetings for the Sales team
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify potential customers, and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve Sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and meetings set
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Creative Dock’s offerings
  • Support Sales team initiatives
