Our Salesforce practice covers the full cloud portfolio; Marketing Cloud sits at the heart of our customer engagement offering.
You will work on projects spanning SMB to enterprise clients across Europe and the USA.
You will collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, CRM consultants, data engineers, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions in Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly ExactTarget) and Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.
Build and maintain complex customer journeys in Journey Builder, including multi-step, multi-channel, and event-triggered flows.
Develop and maintain Email Studio assets: responsive HTML/CSS email templates, content blocks, dynamic content, and personalisation using AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
Configure and manage MobileConnect (SMS), MobilePush, and WhatsApp channels within Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Administer and optimise Marketing Cloud Connect (Salesforce CRM integration), including synchronised data extensions, triggered sends, and subscriber management.
Work with Automation Studio to build complex automation workflows, data imports, and scheduled/triggered activities.
Develop and manage data extensions, attribute groups, and data relationships within Contact Builder / Data Designer.
Marketing Cloud Advanced & Data Cloud
Implement Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition capabilities including advanced segmentation, real-time personalisation, and AI-powered send-time optimisation (Einstein features).
Work with Data Cloud or Salesforce CDP for unified customer profile creation, identity resolution, and segment activation into Marketing Cloud.
Build and activate Data Cloud segments and activation targets across Marketing Cloud channels
Functional & Consultative Responsibilities
Lead client discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements for marketing automation initiatives.
Translate complex marketing business requirements into scalable, best-practice technical solutions.
Produce solution design documents, technical architecture diagrams, and functional specifications.
Advise clients on Marketing Cloud governance, data hygiene, subscriber management, and deliverability best practices.
Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept builds.
Delivery & Collaboration
Work within agile delivery frameworks; contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and CRM consultants on integrated multi-cloud solutions.
