SAP CO Lead (A1033)

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Lead to actively contribute to strategic projects in the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate key processes within an S/4HANA environment.

As a SAP CO Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. Your work will have a direct impact on optimizing financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will lead Fit/Gap workshops with clients and coordinate the implementation of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA. You are responsible for process design, solution configuration, and supporting transfer pricing processes and intercompany flows. You will collaborate closely with FI‑CO teams to ensure smooth cross-functional integration. You will also coordinate a small team of experts and actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience as an SAP CO consultant in S/4HANA projects
  • Leading Fit/Gap workshops
  • Deep knowledge of Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
  • Experience with Margin Analysis (CO‑PA) and transfer pricing processes
  • Process design and SAP CO solution configuration expertise
  • Ability to lead a small team and coordinate projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of FI‑CO integration and cross-functional dependencies
  • Fluent English
