SAP Data Migration Lead (A1054)

In this role, you will define and execute the data migration strategy, including planning and managing ETL activities such as data extraction, transformation, and loading. You will oversee data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes while ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance standards. You will coordinate closely with stakeholders, lead testing cycles and cutover activities, and proactively identify and mitigate data-related risks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular status reporting will be an essential part of your responsibilities.

• Strong experience in SAP data migration projects (ECC → S/4HANA preferred)
• Hands-on experience with migration tools (Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS, ETL tools)
• Understanding of SAP data structures and business processes
• Experience with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Fully remote long-term project (until 05/2027 with possible extension)
