SAP FI/CO Consultant

In this role, you will design and optimize financial accounting and controlling processes tailored to defense and military requirements. You will participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, blueprint design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will analyze complex financial processes, translate business needs into SAP FI/CO solutions, and contribute to system integration across SAP modules. The role also includes leading workshops with client stakeholders, preparing documentation, and supporting end-user training in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• At least 3 years of experience in federal/public sector finance
• Experience in at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles
• Experience with Funds Management integration (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of SAP integration with SD, MM, and PS modules
• Proven experience in defense contracting or military support organizations
• Experience in secure or classified environments (advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex financial processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• SAP FI/CO certification (strong advantage)
