Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team (ShapeUp) that includes frontend (web/mobile) and backend engineers, product designers, product owners and QA.
Plan, develop, test, and launch new features and experiments using Kotlin Multiplatform
Mentor other team members through pair / team programming, code reviews, and ad-hoc assistance.
Engage with engineers throughout the department to discover and enhance our processes and systems collaboratively.
At least 5 year of experience in software development
Proficiency in Kotlin.
Knowledge of Android platform including Android architecture components and Jetpack Compose
Experience in writing tests
Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is highly appreciated
Interest in Android app performance tuning
Interest in setting-up CI/CD pipelines welcomed
The ability to collaborate with Product Designers and Product Owners to deliver customer-oriented experiences.
Experience working on larger projects and with continuous development.
5+ years of experience in a commercial environment.
A pragmatic engineering approach that avoids over-engineering solutions and maintains high-quality code in a delivery-focused setting.
A results-driven mindset that efficiently minimizes unnecessary complexity in solutions and demonstrates proficiency in preserving superior code quality within a delivery-focused work environment.
Knowledge of Czech and English language
