As Senior KAM, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key accounts and spearheading the strategic growth of business in Slovakia. You will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team while collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to achieve our sales objectives and strengthen clients´ market position.
The scope for a role may seem wide, but this is a starting point and the plan is to grow the team and later on possibly take over the field sales teams; however, this role requires a hands-on approach.
👥 Team Leadership
Lead and inspire a growing team, starting with one Key Account Manager. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team and individual success. In the next phase, you’ll likely take over the Field Sales Team as well.
