Senior Salesperson Remarketing - French

Our client, a bank institution of a famous automotive company, is looking for a Senior Salesperson (m/f/d) for their French Remarketing Department in Berlin. The Remarketing department is the one responsible for sales of vehicles of our client's Financial Services in France with an irregular end of contract or accident. Sound interesting? What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Selling vehicles in the car and van segment at the wholesale level to independent dealerships and our client's brand partners
  • Taking care of independent vehicle valuation, market price determination and vehicle appraisal control
  • Considering all relevant market & sales information
  • Coordinating and aligning with the different internal and external stakeholders (for example local organizations and suppliers in France)
  • Administrative processing of vehicle sales taking the organization’s guidelines and compliance requirements into account
  • Entering all relevant data in the Vehicle Management System
  • Processing of complaints
  • Buyer & supplier liaison
  • Participating in strategy development and projects to increase the remarketing efficiency
  • Training of other team members, multiplier and promoter of knowledge exchange

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in French (C2), good knowledge of English (C1), knowledge of other foreign languages (for example German) is advantageous
  • Completed commercial education and/or technical education
  • Additional qualification as a vehicle salesperson or motor vehicle expert is advantageous
  • Knowledge of used vehicle trade and/or used vehicle valuation
  • Knowledge of used vehicle markets and products
  • Good knowledge of sales processes on wholesale and/or retail level
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills (dealer contact, telephone calls with buyers, registration authorities and internal interfaces)
  • Independent, proactive, accurate and structured way of working
  • Reliability and very high personal integrity
  • High flexibility regarding tasks and environment
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Team Player and intercultural competence
  • Coaching skills and experience in developing and conducting team training
