Service Delivery Manager

You are accountable for the full delivery lifecycle of cloud services to one or more key customer accounts.

Your mission: ensure smooth operations, consistent service quality, and cost efficiency.

You are the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams.

You align delivery efforts, manage escalations, and drive customer satisfaction.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all service processes run efficiently and meet performance targets
  • Lead incident response, coordinate stakeholders, and manage post-incident reviews
  • Own and improve service delivery systems and processes
  • Take full responsibility for delivery results and customer satisfaction
  • Understand, prioritize, and respond to customer needs
  • Make informed decisions on delivery models, cost control, and issue resolution
  • Validate solutions and costs during pre-sales and onboarding
  • Act fast when delivery performance drops—implement fixes and keep customers informed



What experience should you have:

  • Service Management - Apply ITIL or similar frameworks to handle incidents, problems, changes, and SLAs
  • Client Relationship Management - Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build lasting trust with clients
  • Leadership - Set direction, delegate effectively, and keep your team focused and motivated
  • Project Management - Handle multiple priorities—plan resources, track progress, and meet deadlines
  • Problem-Solving - Think on your feet. Resolve service issues quickly and decisively
  • Financial Management - Control budgets, track costs, and align delivery with financial targets
  • Continuous Improvement - Spot inefficiencies. Suggest and apply better ways to work
  • Technical Understanding - Know enough tech to speak the language and support delivery teams
  • Language Skills - Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential, you’ll work directly with German-speaking customers. Communication must be clear and confident.
