Solution Architect - Integration (A970) - Hybrid BA

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design end-to-end (E2E) IT solutions that meet business requirements. In this role, you will define implementation tasks, evaluate feasibility from technical, operational, and financial perspectives, and provide guidance to development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Conduct IT analysis and maintain documentation in line with E2E ownership principles
Understand individual parts of IT architecture and their impact on the overall solution
List and describe impacts of new features on other agile teams, advising professions, and existing solutions
Identify potential challenges that may affect solution design based on business requirements
Create detailed functional specifications of the E2E solution, including architecture, components, and technology stack
Define implementation tasks for squad members or other advising professions
Continuously look for ways to improve the overall solution and identify areas for enhancement
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure implementation aligns with the design and best practices
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and resolve them accordingly

What experience should you have:

Experience with middleware and APIs for seamless data exchange between systems
Working experience with Camunda
Experience with streaming and stream processing technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, ksql
Working experience with technologies such as JAVA, Python, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, Open API
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Experience with EAI (Tibco, webMethods, Mulesoft or other)
Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques such as Archimate, UML, BPMN
Familiarity with native mobile app development
Experience with order management systems and digital onboarding workflows
