Strategic Account Sales Support (m/f/d)

To grow the company's sales team, the company is seeking to hire an additional Strategic Account Sales Support employee (m/f/d). In this role you will be a vital link between the Strategic Account Team and some of the company’s most important B2B clients. Your goal is to ensure smooth collaboration, provide high-quality support, and help strengthen strategic relationships. You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts & Business Development and work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Strategic Account Team in managing and expanding successful partnerships with key accounts.
- Preparing purchasing contract analyses and bonus agreement overviews.
- Resolving financial inquiries and disputes directly with strategic customers.
- Coordinating with the Product Management Team to set up customer-specific products.
- Supporting the sales team with various administrative and project-related tasks.
- Participating in trade shows and events as needed.
- Conducting online meetings with strategic clients alongside the respective Account Owner.
- Ensureing all activities and client interactions are accurately logged and updated in Salesforce.
What experience should you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.
- Relevant experience in a similar support or account management role.
- You easily translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.
- With a structured, systematic approach, you set clear priorities and manage your workload effectively.
- You are goal-oriented, eager to learn, and open to continuous development.
- You remain calm and flexible, even when switching between tasks or dealing with time pressure.
- You enjoy working in a team and adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
- Availability of at least 36 hours per week.
- You bring a proactive, commercial mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- You enjoy variety in your tasks and are not afraid of taking initiative or tackling challenges.
