DODO is unstoppable! We are a data-driven logistics service for e-commerce, retail, restaurants, and fast food, and in a few years, we have become one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe. We partner with the biggest clients to facilitate the delivery of their goods, so our services need to be one step ahead of the rest of the market. We use advanced technology and are developing our own logistics platform, GAIA, which facilitates real-time data collection to make it easier for companies to deliver goods and reduce their negative impact on the urban environment.

DODO is growing quite rapidly, both domestically and internationally. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to join the Group HR team as a Talent Sourcer, who will help us with reaching out to quality candidates for the DACH region, our DEV & IT department, and various Group teams.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Your first task will be to work with the recruitment team and hiring managers to find the best candidates for our DACH team.
  • You will need to learn about our logistics platform, technology stack, and the roles we fill in DEV & IT.
  • An important task will be working with our candidate database and updating it regularly.
  • In addition to sourcing, you may also get involved in other recruitment activities such as scheduling or attending interviews, helping with events, occasional pre-screens, etc.
  • You will become an important partner to recruiters as well as hiring managers and will contribute to building the DODO brand and a great candidate experience.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with sourcing top candidates through LinkedIn is an advantage. But if you are interested and motivated, we will be happy to teach you everything.
  • You can embrace our company culture and find the right fit mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You're interested in new technologies and you're not afraid to interact with technical candidates.
  • Proactivity, reliability, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.
  • You can work 20 hours per week.
