VP of Product


 After successfully shaping parts of our product journey, we’re ready to scale. Rohlik is looking for a strong Vice President of Product to build a repeatable product machine across our tribes – and raise the bar while doing it. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have full ownership of our product operating model, with a mandate to drive fast delivery and bold, impactful bets.


What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Set strategic product direction across our growing portfolio
  • Standardize and scale the product delivery model across multiple tribes
  • Build and mentor high-performing, empowered product teams
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with tech, design, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Implement clear rituals and cadences – roadmaps, reviews, OKRs
  • Champion customer value and ROI, not just feature output
  • Pursue ambitious goals – from step-changes to 10x moonshots

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience scaling product organizations in high-growth companies
  • A track record of defining product visions, frameworks, and rituals that bring clarity and consistency across multiple teams or tribes.
  • Ability to set and standardize product operating models, including processes, ceremonies, KPIs, and delivery practices across tribes.
  • Strong product leadership across both strategic vision and operational execution
  • A track record of building and leading high-performance teams
  • Clear communication, decisive leadership, and a bias for action
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and operations
  • Passion for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • A bold thinker who’s unafraid to challenge the status quo
