Application administrator - Windows workstations

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new products based on existing services and customer needs.
• Provide support to various types of workplace clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, including second-level support activities.
• Liaise with clients to address workplace problems promptly.
• Assess and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Document and report bugs and errors to the development team.
• Create logs, documentation, and knowledge base articles containing solution information.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of workplace client products.
• Participate in the creation and improvement of automated processes or scripts for proactive issue resolution.

• Possess strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 11, drivers, BIOS, networking, and client virtualization.
• Understand support processes and security measures.
• Have at least a B2 level proficiency in English, with knowledge of German being advantageous.
