We are looking for a Digital Product Manager Learning to drive the adoption, engagement, and impact of our corporate learning platform. This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, focusing on user experience, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement strategies. You will work at the intersection of learning, technology, and user engagement, helping employees discover, use, and benefit from our learning ecosystem. Your success will be measured by engagement metrics, user retention, and business impact—not just content completion rates.
- Drive Engagement & Adoption: Use customer journey mapping, UX research, and engagement analytics to improve how employees discover and use our learning platform.
- Product Thinking: Treat our learning platform as a digital product, applying A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to enhance user experience.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key metrics (active users, retention rates, feature adoption), running experiments to improve outcomes.
- Technology & Automation: Work with IT and learning tech vendors to optimize the user experience, improve integrations, and drive seamless learning adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and internal communications teams to align learning experiences with business needs.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct research (surveys, interviews, heatmaps, usage trends) to understand friction points and improve platform usability.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
