What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do?


We are looking for a bright candidate to provide technical support to our internal customers at Heidelberg Materials – one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials – while working in a 24/5 model. On a daily basis, you will handle tickets using ServiceNow, actively troubleshoot customer requests, and monitor infrastructure. Communication with our internal vendors (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Citrix, and more) will also be a crucial part of your role.

What experience should you have:

We are looking for these competencies:

  • Interested in the IT field and have at least a basic IT knowledge (OS Windows, HW, networks, servers, etc.).
  • Experienced in MS Office (mainly in Excel).
  • Proficient in Czech & English language (both on communication level).
  • Fast learner & willing to pick up new knowledge/skills along the way.
  • Customer-oriented & proactive.
  • Responsible & able to work independently.
  • Flexible & communicative team player.
