Oracle eBS SCM Senior Lead Consultant (A1071)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle eBS SCM Senior Lead Consultant to join a long-term international Government project for the Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work on a complex Oracle eBS R12 program focused on Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain in a fully remote setup across the EU.

This position is ideal for a senior consultant who wants to influence enterprise solution rollouts and large-scale implementations within the public sector. You will become part of a stable, long-term project with a highly knowledgeable client and a clear roadmap for the coming years.

Join an international team and contribute to the modernization of critical systems supporting the Irish public sector.

What will be your key responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Oracle eBS R12 solutions across Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, and iProcurement areas. You will prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, and work on complex customizations, integrations, and reporting solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The project is currently in the rollout phase, with the global design already live in production. You will also contribute to the continuous enhancement of the platform and optimization of processes within a highly regulated public sector environment with strong focus on GDPR and data security.

What experience should you have:

  • Strong experience with Oracle eBS R12 – Procure to Pay
  • Expertise in Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement
  • Experience implementing Oracle Financial Suite solutions
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and functional testing
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications for customizations and integrations
  • Knowledge of enterprise Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience with rollout or transformation projects is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
  • EU-based candidates only due to client data restrictions
