You hold a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or bring a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience.
In addition, you possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Substantial expertise in leadership development, with expertise in planning and execution of development/transformation programs for executives, and knowledge of the latest HR trends/methods
- Proven experience in leading strategic/cross-functional projects with experience in reporting to stakeholders
- Proven experience in building strong collaborations with external partners to deliver impactful results while respecting defined timelines and budget parameters
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking with strong customer focus
- A team player who seeks the collaboration and exchange with teams, partners, and providers
- Strong ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work
- Experience in applying design thinking or comparable methods in problem-solving and project work
