SAP - BOM

Job Responsibilities: 

Maintaining Bill of Materials in SAP (60% of the time):

Implementing changes in BOM or in the material masters.

Creating and maintaining material masters, parts lists, and documents.

Plausibility checks and data maintenance.

Authorization for data input and release.

Being the SAP Key User at Engineering Department (up to 10% of the time):

Identifying process efficiency improvements.

Supporting other SAP users and coordinating with SAP team.

Administration of the technical change process (30% of the time):

Serving as the "Change Manager."

Coordinating change requests and directives.

Acting as an interface with other company locations.

The role primarily focuses on managing technical changes in Engineering, including document and BOM updates in SAP.

Key Characteristics:

Secondary/University degree

Preferably 2-3 years of previous experience with SAP

General IT knowledge (Navision, ERP, MS Office)

Fluent Czech, Advanced English (minimum B2 level), German language skills are an advantage

Basic understanding of gearbox, gears, and service technology

Ability to work independently, excellent time management, attention to detail, and process-oriented.
