Senior Process Architect - Order To Cash Process – Continuous Improvements

Seeking a Senior Process Architect with expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to lead and optimize the Order To Cash Process, with strong communication skills for interacting at the C level.

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Process Architect for the Order-to-Cash process to support in-depth end-to-end process improvements

  • You will focus on optimizing the entire OTC lifecycle from order entry to cash application and dispute resolution.


  •  Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will drive high-complexity, cross-functional projects to reduce defects, improve DSO performance, strengthen compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • This role reports to Head of Global Business Services and will work closely with global teams in the EMEA region.

Objective: To lead high-complexity, cross-functional projects aimed at reducing OTC defects (order issues, billing errors, disputes), improving DSO performance, strengthening compliance, and enhancing customer and stakeholder satisfaction. The role is not operational, but going in depth of continuous improvement. 

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must /C1/
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance processes, with expertise in OTC and E2E frameworks.
  • Ideal background from SSC, GBS models - automotive, production, or any that included supply chain management 
  • Black Belt certification is a must, with strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP, process mining tools (Celonis preferred), and digital automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders on a C level.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in global transformation programs is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
