We're Looking for a Talent Sourcer Who Knows How to Find the Best People!

Hey there! If you have 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer and you know your way around modern sourcing tools, we want you on our team. Join our dynamic crew where new ideas are encouraged and every voice counts.

Jaké budou vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:

Active Talent Sourcing: You’ll work with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and more. Not only will you scout for candidates across various fields—from IT, Finance, HR to Marketing.
Building and Maintaining Relationships: It’s not just about finding a candidate—it’s about cultivating long-term relationships. You’ll stay in regular touch with talent to build a robust database that we can tap into for future hiring needs.
Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define each department’s needs and collaboratively craft the ideal candidate profile.
Analysis and Reporting: Your analytical skills will ensure our sourcing process is as efficient as possible. You’ll monitor trends, analyze data, and regularly report your findings—your feedback will help us continuously improve.
Innovation and Experimentation: Always on the lookout for new methods and tools to optimize our sourcing process? We offer you the freedom to experiment, come up with creative ideas, and push the boundaries of recruitment.
Recruitment coordination: Comprehensive recruitment processes, which includes scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít:

Experience: You bring 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
Sourcing Tools Expertise: You’re proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and have experience with platforms like GitHub—exactly what we need.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Challenging sourcing problems don’t faze you. You enjoy analyzing data, spotting trends, and finding ways to optimize processes.
Curiosity and Initiative: You’re always eager to explore new approaches and technologies. If you’re ready to push our sourcing process to the next level, you’re our person!
Excellent Communication: You have a knack for building trust and rapport with candidates. Your communication skills ensure people are excited to connect and collaborate with you.
English and Czech Proficiency
