Business Development Manager

Jaké budou vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:

  • What will be your key responsibilities:
  • Client Care: 20% of your role will involve maintaining and developing relationships with our key clients and coordinating our employees assigned to client projects.​
  • Business Development: The remaining 80% will focus on identifying new business opportunities and expanding services with existing clients.​
  • Administrative Tasks: You'll handle administrative duties related to contract finalization and collaborate with our Legal and Finance departments.​
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiters and sourcers in selecting and presenting professional profiles to clients.​

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít:

What we expect:

  • Experience: Experience in IT contracting, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.​
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and team members.​
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and resilience in the face of challenges.​
  • Proactivity: A willingness to explore new approaches in client engagement.​
