Customer Care with German - Prague

Our company is currently hiring FRENCH speakers for a luxury fashion client in Prague, Czech republic.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Provide the best client experience over the phone & through written medias
Customer care service for VIP clients
Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships

What experience should you have:

German language = we prefer native or bilingual speakers (or C1/C2 level) + perfect English (B2-C2)
Communication skills
Passion for the luxury universe
