- You drive the transformation of our HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central
- Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
- Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate.
- Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC.
- Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems.
- Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases.
- Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use.
Experience:
- You have lead Employee Central implementations on large scale (5k+ users) in international multi-country approaches
- You have designed global templates for data and process
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
