Eplan Engineer / Electrical drawing

• Working in EPLAN software (after training which will be organized by Employer)

• Basic working with AutoCAD software

• Working in PIRS (HZI internal management system used for communication and project documentation exchange)

• Basic working with COMOS software (after training which will be organized by Employer)

• Preparation of technical documentation within basic and detail design related to Electrical and I&C system under Senior PREN EIC supervision

• Preparation of basic design and detail design documents under Senior PREN EIC supervision such as:

o Wiring diagrams and interconnection diagrams

o Cable and wire lists and cable connection lists

o LV panels equipment and components specifications

o Cabling system specification

• Active collaboration with the EIC System Engineer, Process Engineers, and taking part in HZI internal project meetings

• Verification of subcontractor design including, drawings, el. schematics, el. diagrams, layouts

• Responsibility for timely input data/specification for other project team members respecting project time schedule

• If necessary, then participation in preparation (and preparation itself) of technical part of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and PO (Purchase Order)

• Support Sales team during tender phase, in regards of PREN EIC works

• Support for site team during erection and installation

• Cooperation with the project scheduler (defining of man hours, design input data submission, etc.) under Senior PREN EIC supervision

• Preparation of project technical documentation (technical descriptions, specifications, BOQs, etc.) under Senior PREN EIC supervision

• Close cooperation with another employee

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, international and national standards, internal work regulations and directives

• Regular reporting / inputs to the EIC Group Leader HZISK and to Manager of Engineering

• Other not specified jobs related to Position of HZI Process Engineer EIC in general understanding

• Trained electrician / electrical engineer (university degree) with

• 4+ years of experience in project business incl. installation of EIC

• Solid experience with CAD Tool EPLAN, CAE tools and MS Office

• Autonomous person, willing to work in teams, and able to anticipate next steps and potential issues

• Willingness to travel (e.g. supplier inspections)

• Written and spoken fluence in English are mandatory; other languages are advantageous
