Senior Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Rohlik Group, you will play a main role in shaping our technology teams by attracting and securing top-tier talent. This role demands a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for innovation in recruitment strategies, particularly through leveraging AI technologies. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with an accent on creating and implementing sourcing strategies, networking and mapping the best talent there is on the market.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from identifying business needs to onboarding successful candidates.​
  • Implement and optimize AI technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and engagement of potential candidates.​
  • Collaborate with HR and Tech teams to strengthen Rohlik Group's presence in the tech industry, showcasing our culture and opportunities.​
  • Build and nurture relationships within tech communities, organizing events and initiatives to position Rohlik Group as an employer of choice.​
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.​
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing methods and continuously improve the hiring process.


What experience should you have:

What do we expect from you:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling engineering and IT roles.​
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating AI tools and platforms into the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives that attract top technical talent.
  • A history of active involvement in tech communities, with the ability to engage and grow professional networks.​
  • A go-getter attitude, eager to introduce innovative ideas and solutions to recruitment challenges.​
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in delivering against business demand.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes and methodologies, with knowledge of behavioral interviewing technique.
  • Language expertise: fluent English.
