Solution Architect

Our partner is a global network of professional services providing audit, tax, and advisory services. Their experts help clients implement innovative solutions that streamline processes and deliver competitive advantages. They are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect to assist on a short-term project focusing on process automation.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solution architecture for automating processes within contact centers.
  • Integrate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
  • Create a blueprint and design the overall architecture for solutions including service desk, endor support, and purchase order acknowledgment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define and implement automation processes.
  • Propose the integration of GenAI into processes for data collection, production process management, and employee training.
  • Document the full deployment plan, including layouts, diagrams, processes, and instructions.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with UiPath and Automation Anywhere tools.
  • Knowledge of robotic automation and the ability to integrate it into production processes.
  • Experience in designing automation architecture for contact center processes.
  • Ability to propose and implement GenAI in production processes.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and blueprints.
